Even on the Fat Smash Diet, you can have weeks where you don't lose. It's the way weight loss works. I have to tell you though that too many of those frozen meals can sometimes stall your weight loss. It depends on the person. You might want to try having a week of more natural foods, instead of the processed and see how you do. If you don't see the results you want, then maybe try out the other plan.
