I'm not too happy with my weigh in today. The takeoff didn't do anything for me. I went down to the gold plan last week, and the smaller portions of protein and fewer veggies haven't done anything either.

I'm going to try to eat more fish, because I ate a lot of fish during the first few weeks I was on the plan. I'm also going to cut the amount of cheese I eat, even though I'm not eating more than a portion every day, I need to add some more milk. I'm also going to try some of the LA Lite drinks instead of the bars. They are lower in calories, so maybe that will help.

I'm so disappointed and discouraged. I'm sure there will be ups and downs with this program, but I didn't really want to expierence any downs, unless they were pounds going down. I'm going to be really good this weekend, and work out more!

Well I lost only 2.6 pounds on TO this last time, and regained one pound. I just don't think it is all it's cracked up to be. Not sure yet when I will do another one. Please do not get discouraged. This is process and it does not go as fast as they advertise, for most of us. Just look at the overall loss. You are doing really well so far. As with everything else in life, there are always fluctuations. Be proud of yourself about what you have accomplished so far....I am sure you already feel much better physically and your clothes are fitting better. Chin up!! :-D
