Good day in the mountains. I will go over my calories today but I did a lot of work clearing brush and moving fallen trees off the road today. I guess I will record it at yardwork. :) Oh and I got some weight lifting work done by rolling dead trees and carrying boulders around.

You are doing what our ancestors did before weight training and jogging were invented! Sounds wonderful to spend a day in nature! I stayed inside when I should have gone for a walk in the rain. No excuses.
