congrats on the baby! it's good that you were already on the right track with wanting to take care of yourself. that's exactly what i did then poof! i was pregnant! i only gained 22 lbs throughout the whole thing, but 18 months later...different story! i actually got up to my labor weight!! ugh. i'm doing a lot better though and i wish you all the luck with your little one-there's nothing in the world like them!
