I'm on vacation this week and it is tough to find time to work out. I'm staying with parents,visiting family and preparing for my son's wedding. I hope not to fall too far behind, but I feel like I'm in a dangerous position. I'm out of my routine and I know how easy it is to just give up and go back to my old ways. I'm going to try to go for a run tomorrow. I hope I can find the time and the will power. I think I'm doing well so far on my eating, though.
