Well this week I've started to recored every and anything that I eat. I looked up about how much cals I need to eat to reach my goal and I can only take in about 1600 cals a day. It's hard but if I actually record it and keep that positive mind setting It will give me a push from this weight. How much calories do you guys eat a day?
