Much better than I expected. Have been trying to drink more water and I think that's helping. Also realized that the Atkins "bars" have way too many carbs in them to have them as a snack. In fact I just bought two boxes of them at a very good price and now have to start cutting them in half, if I want to use them at all. Bummer! But, everyday I learn something new.

Hi there...
I haven't used the Atkins bars yet, but I have read on the Atkins website that they are actually okay to eat as a snack because they truly only have 2 net carbs each and are allowed in induction. That being said, though, everything I have read says to not eat them all the time, but only as a treat.

The bars affect everyone differently. There's no reason why you can't try them. If you find they don't affect your weight loss, by all means enjoy them (as a snack only - not a meal replacement). However, if you are not losing like you think you should be, you will want to omit them.....
