Yes!! Burnt a lot more calories than consumed in spite of spending 5 hrs in Starbucks because of power outage to do some work + charge devices. Carbs bit high. It's all my snacks with my coffee 🙈 but looks like I can still have my Banting Brownie 😋👏🏻
