I eat less than 1400 cals a day and burn about 2700 my calorie intake per day is 2900. I messed up my metabolism and now I'm trying to reverse diet while staying the weight I am. any ideas on high protein snacks to get my cals up and my protein high I'm aiming for 140 to 200 protein a day so far im 120 but I dont know many snacks for protein
