From Friday-Sunday I have been MIA. I've been attending and presenting at a conference. While I worked at maintaining my eating plan (well mostly) and did not exercise at all. I've had a slight setback however, I'm determined to move forward. I have bloodwork due on March 8th and hope to see some positive results in several numbers. I know for sure that my blood sugars have gone down drastically and above everything else, I HAPPY ABOUT THAT!
