I will try to take it slow and not worry if I don't loose 1/2 to 1 pound a week even though I would like to really loose 1 to 2 pounds a week. If I take it slower and not get upset with myself to much when I can't keep eating "just the right things, the healthy things" when I eat sweets, and focus on losing just 1/2 pound every week. My goal is to slowly lose and not go up again and stay within the 140 pound range that I have been for over a year now. I would like to finally get to my goal weight of 120 pounds and stay at that weight with a better physical condition and more physical stamina and energy levels.
