just back from vacation and feeling a little... well my bathing suit didn't fit the way I wanted it too! my hubby definatly wants to get back on some kind of diet/healthy eating regime. but he doesn't want to do south beach agian. he's thinking of fat smash. I like the workout part of it... so a little more research and I think we'll give it a whirl!
