This has been a frustrating few days. I am up 1-2 lbs then down then up then down. My diet hasn't really changed that much from one day to the next. I know that I shouldn't weigh myself each day, but it is hard to not do so.

My glucose readings are good, so I know that I am in check that way - so that is positive.

Yesterday was Father's Day. I made hubby a SF, FF pistachio pudding pie with kiwi - yummy. He liked it too. This is important because he is also a type 2 diabetic.
