To say I'm perplex with this weigh in is an understatement. (Almost 4lbs 🤪) Haven't done anything different with food intake and macros are in rang of usual numbers. I will not get discouraged. I came to far and the body can be one crazy machine at times. It must be my scale....🙄 That's my story and I'm sticking with it. Have a great weekend all.
