Definitely not weighing in today. I wasn't too bad on what types of food I ate this weekend but I ate a lot of it. A lot for me anyways...I have become so used to eating small portions that a hamburger (the good kind with the bun, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and mustard) was too much for me but I ate it anyways. I spent the weekend with my family at the lake house and it was bad! Lots of alcohol, lots of snacking to soak up the alcohol, and big meals with the family. I give myself 3 days of healthy eating before I weigh in again b/c I don't think I want to know the damage I have done.
Anyone heard of 7-Keto?? I was thinking about trying it b/c all it is supposed to do is keep help you reset your set weight. You know, the weight your body doesn't want to come off of. Still debating with myself over that.
Food: B - 1/2 cup fiber one with LF soy milk (200 cals) S - Grande iced coffee w/ 2 splenda no cream (90 cals) L/D - 3 zucchini, 2 tomatoes, 2 jalapenos, & herbs and spices (250 cals)
Total - 540 calories
workout - 30 min walk at 4.5 incline (1.64 mi)
