Ok so yesterday I did pretty good kept track of everything I ate. Only thing I did that I really didn't plan for was drink 3 miller genuine draft 64 calorie beers but as I was looking on the can they only have 2.4g of carbs each. Not bad. Weight is 305.8 lbs today. Maybe I can make the 300 by 7/1. That's like 0.625 to 0.725 lbs/day to get in the 300 range. hrm... I should probably be able to hit at least 300.8 by then if I exercise 30 min per day and stay strict with the diet avoiding the cheat meal this week. Sounds like a Plan.
