I thought I would lose my muscles by losing weight. Turns out the 'ratio' of muscle to the rest of my body went up as the fat went down. It is the 'ratio' people are looking at. So, you will be just fine :) 

You are of much more value than the emphasis you place on image, you know this. The value of making this journey can be seen in: how much more insightful you are regarding how others view(ed) you; your ability to perform tasks that would've had you either in (more) pain or left you (more) winded in the past; and, in the amount of wisdom you've put into practice and/or brokered with others. Your value transcends your appearance, and that's the awesome part. 

You look FANTASTICO !!! GO GIRL !!! 

You will. And better. Big girls with "curves" are basic af. Grown ass women with the wherewithal to face down their inner demons and transform themselves are exceptionally rare and valuable. Boobs can be purchased. Character, inner strength, and self love cannot. Let's go! #stillgrindtime #stayhungry #inspiringAF #mindset  

@jimmie - I love this "Boobs can be purchased. Character, inner strength, and self love cannot." That's a keeper. As one who lost it all, enjoyed it, then gained it back, and currently losing again, I'm keeping that one. Losing the boobs was a disappointment when I was thin, affected my selfesteem but not enough to not do it :)

So, today the jealous inner demon in me wants to shout at you: "Get over yourself! You are gorgeous and you know it, So shut-up!" Then the kinder gentler part of me wants to say: "Sharon, you should be so proud of what you've accomplished. You look fabulous!"
