I feel really sore today but in a good way..I actually got outside yesterday (70* and sunny)and cleaned off my patio and swept my driveway! I had my dogs outside with me (I have an American Eskimo and a Schipperke) and we all were swinging on the swing, it felt great and I was happy because I wasn't in the house EATING. If my back will allow me, I hope to make being outside a daily event!! Thanks to all my buddies who have offered support, same wishes back to you and I hope we all have a good choice day. Take Care

Sounds like a good day. I think the warm weather is doing everyone wonders. Just being outside makes us happier. it is mid 70's here and I am lovin' it!!

It is beautiful here too! I would love to have a daily dose of sunshine everyday, but unfortunately, the job keeps calling! Keep finding things to do outside - great exercise that doesn't feel like exercise. That is, until the next day!

Being outside in the sunshine is great medicine --getting something done and exercise at the same time is pretty near perfect! Good for YOU!
