Ok, clearly this was not a sucess. In my defence we were on holiday with an annoying skinny guy who insisted on calling his girlfriend chunky monkey [she weighs 140lbs!] and I responded in the grown up way of eating loads of junk food.
On the positive side at least my good eating before we went helped so I'm just back to where I was a month ago. And according to the body scan it is muscle that I've put on.
So I'm calling it a draw so far and starting again!
