Well this week was fun. Oh how I enjoy not going to the gym and eating. I never went waaaay over my calories, but I was definitely more lenient than normal.
This week I need to step it up again and get back in to the groove of exercise. Too bad its now officially summer now, reaching a nice 104 degrees today. But hey, I gotta do it if I wanna get these next few pounds off. The 160's will look good on me!

Yeah, I wish I liked swimming more, but the chlorine makes me sick, and plus the whole ear thing. But I'm sure the hotter it gets, the more likely I'll get over that. Come over anytime!

You don't have to stick your head under water, you know. Walking in water is way better exercise than most things, including walking on it.
