Cut out Carbs, incorporated high interval training into my exercise routine and I am pushing between two and 3 litres of water daily.
Not easy but definitely worth it
60,9 kg Indtil videre tabt: 9,1 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 5,9 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
