This week has been a bit crazy and I have gone over on carbs, just a little almost everyday, but really big yesterday! I have kept up with all my exercise! and even added a mile to my daily walk - hoping to conpensate for the carbs, I guess. I don't think I have gained any and TOM has been here - that must explain the sweet cravings - thank goodness for sugar free jello with a little heavy whipping cream and stevia!
