So disappointed in myself. I was doing so good avoiding snacks and wasn't even feeling hungry and now, all of a sudden, I'm constantly hungry!! Lost 4 pounds and just can't seem to loose anymore. This is what always happens, and I get discouraged and I give up. I don't want to give up this time!
