Ok so my plans for today, water, water, water and more water. Have today off work and back in tomorrow so have a lot of things around the house I need to get done, that alone should burn a few calories, weighed myself still the same so hoping I can shed a few today by sweating it off. Supposed to be a nice day here in Collingwood Ontario, so want to take the dogs for an extra long walk today. Have some outside Xmas lights I would like to take down as well, going to be busy today.

40 pnds is a lot to lose it will keep coming off .im just starting thanks for posting .it will help me stay focused on my weight loss and healthy goals.i registered on the biggest loser website as well last nite.
