Well I have to admit, that half a pound I gained scares me just a little bit, but I can't stress over it. I have got to just keep plugging at it.

We went to the store yesterday and I bought some stuff for lunches this week to keep me from ordering out. I need to incorporate at least one salad a day. I think truly that will be key for me.
