I have just started reading Eat to Live by Dr. Joel Fuhrman. I really desire to eat to live - to eat healthy, nutritious foods. Over the weekend I ate Cheetos and really fat Eggplant and pasta that wasn't that good. Today I had Steel cut oats for breakfast. My goal is just my first goal. Dr. Fuhrman says if I eat right my body will let go of what it needs to let go of to be healthy.
