I'm really pleased this week. 3lbs is wonderful; and I'm really starting to feel the difference!

Last week I know I didn't eat enough, so I've been forcing myself to have breakfast this past week - and it's worked!

Just the incentive I needed to keep going.

3 lbs is awesome. That's my goal every week but I haven't hit it every week. I agree breakfast is extremely important. You raise your metabolism by 10% for the day by eating within an hour of waking up. That's something a dieter can't afford to miss out on!
