So happy that I am still in ketosis (for those of you who eat keto / low-carb) even though I had a whole pizza last night plus a glass of light red wine from Woollies! I met Robert about 6 weeks ago and since I started eating their low-carb products I’m staying in ketosis! I feel wonderful! No bloated feeling. No stomach cramps and I dont feel deprived of carbs at all. Tastiest bread, pita’s, pies, pizzas, sausage rolls, lasagna etc. Weight loss is slow but steady and I havent counted calories in about 3 weeks. Dischem has a range of Sugar Lean products - so if you are looking for that chocolate or treat, those are very tasty. Also bought some waffles and ice cream at the banting market last Saturday!

@salt and pepper I asked because if you were in Pta region you could go directly to them and buy your stock for a week or two. But I’ll give you their website and they do deliver countrywide now! You can also call Robert on 072 024 9448 or you can email him at robert@lowcarbfactory.co.za their website is up and running and you can visit https://lowcarbfactory.co.za and order your products - obviously it is cheaper to just get it directly but if I were far I would have ordered! The ice cream is available at a Spar in Waterkloof Corner and its very tasty! All of the products and lots more is also available at the banting market every first Saturday of the month at Pretoria Botanical Gardens from 9:00 - 13:00 if you plan to come to Pta. I am hooked on their products! Tell Robert Betsie send you - they recently had a guy who lost 27 kg in 3 months - dropped from size 44 - 36 in 7 weeks :) Its really difficult to eat less than 15 gr carbs if you dont have their stuff. A slice of bread has 1gr carbs and a pie about 4 gr! Let me know how it goes - I will also follow you!

I started off at the beginning of the year by mainly cutting sugar and wine from my diet - and later on yeast products too, because of other health reasons. Sugar is just not good for my body. When I do eat carbs it is whole grains. Brown rice or whole wheat pasta etc. But refined carbs...big no, and I don't even crave it anymore.
