My size 10 is now size 8! I totally jumped over my goal size. I'm so happy with my progress. I still have 12 lbs. to lose and then on to maintenance. New goal is to maintain a size 6-8. Doing this with my husband has been GREAT! He is 43 lbs. down and loves the meals that I prepare for the two of us. His compliments are very motivating also. :)
