- 30% carbs
- 35% protein
- 35% fat

Best sources:
- lean protein (white chicken and beef and egg yolk)
- healthy fats like olive oil
- carbs like beans and legumes
- nuts (macadamia)
- fatty fish
- walnuts
- low or non-fat cheese
- seeds
