Well I actually lost a qtr of a pound - which, considering I have really haven't tried this week is almost acceptable. I think with me starting work, having a cold and taking so much in during my training I haven't wanted to think about food really. However now I'm finding my feet with the job and getting into more of a routine I think I will be back on track this week - still motivated!
Also I am hoping to start exercising soon - just ordered one of those under door sit-up bars - they're like rocking horse poo to find these days! Anyway should have it by next week and then start working of phase 2 which is to start shrinking the belly! Yah!
