So doing good with tracking my protein, have an ensure in the morning, usually have two hard boiled eggs late morning, home from work do my workout a salad with chicken (white breast meat) after and before 6pm. Then do my diaries and on to the elliptical have a break walk the dogs and bed.Have 3 days of work and I get my four days in a row off, oh my I cant wait.
