Just got back from a backpacking/camping expedition up to Lake Superior...Had a blast and hiked a ton, man are my legs pooped...Was hoping to get some fly fishing in but there has been so much rain up there that all the streams and rivers were raging...
I hate to see what the scale says since it was another weekend without tracking...tried to eat wisely, but when in Rome...If any gain doesn't show up this weigh in I am sure it will be there next week.
