Woke up at 4:45am this morning. Did calisthenics and walked a mile. Yesterday, I went to lunch with my son and my wife for a belated Birthday outing. We went to Maggiano's Italian restaurant for lunch. I ate far less than I normally would. When I track my food,especially at restaurants, I typically record on the heavy side. If I ordered a whole chicken parmesan but ate 2/3's of it...I still record the whole thing. We ate at 1pm...I am finally getting hungry now, almost 20 hours later. Stay the course Fatboy, stay the course! Skinny jeans are right around the corner!
