Cheated today but I had no other option. (First time in 22 days) But doesn’t feel like it usually does. I don’t feel guilty about it at all. I have my eating under control. Waiter just didn’t understand the Vitality Rewards at Mugg & Bean, asked for a plain filter coffee and they said that I’m not allowed to have one. 😀 All good.
Tonight we eat mince and baby marrow spaghetti.
