I'm switching from 3 day repeating to 2 days. 500 calories one day and 2400 calories the next creating an average of 1450 calorie per day intake. Now I just have to get back into the habit of weighing all my food including condiments.I'm going to start keeping better track of calorie intake on free meal days as well. No more eating things that I'm not sure of the calorie content. Basically I want to diet extremely strict for one day and eat whatever the next while keeping calorie intake within the 2400 calorie range. My Day will begin and end at 7pm daily. I've also decreased the workout time from 40 minutes to 30. Trying to create a plan that is easy to stick to that will in the long run create results. I'm looking to lose 10 lbs per month.
