Question- when do you weigh yourself? Immediately after you wake up, a couple hours later, evening?
I have been weighing as soon as I wake up and go pee. But there were a couple days I had to weigh in a couple hours later, and found that I weigh less a few hours after waking...
Just want to make sure my weigh in is as accurate as it can be and wanted to see what everyone does here😊 TIA

I think you just pick your point and stay with it. I do right when I wake up.

I'm with liv! Just being consistent works well. I find first thing in the morning works well... Especially since being unclad is pretty simple before getting ready for the day! 😃 😃
