Someone noticed!
So ok, they didn't notice I'd lost weight, but they noticed I was looking healthy and full of energy. They said "you look like you're on top of the world!". I'll totally take that!
It's nice when others notice the changes (and it's even better when this inspires someone else to make a positive change themselves)!
When one of my friends was recently teased about finishing off some chocolate, she said "I'm here for a good time, not a long time"! It made me think how these two go hand in hand. When you're healthy and looking after yourself, you live longer AND are happier!
Just sharing a happy moment, because I DO feel on top of the world!
