in this first 11 days of counting calories, I have learned and confirmed four things about myself. (1) I eat more out of boredom and poor planning then of necessity. (2) I love sweets, and I can continue to have cookies, in moderation. (3) I don't eat enough protein. No surprise there. I would prefer vegetables over meat any day (4) think about donuts...and licorice. A lot. :)
