So far so good!! I stepped onto the scale and lost another lb. I have been increasing my carb intake by 25g and I am now taking in 50g/ day. I am still seeing a drop in weight but it is slowing down a bit. I want to level out at 165 lbs. It is very rewarding to have control over something like this. Especially since I have had this Wonderful thing called DIABETES !!! Looks like my goal of 165 lbs by the end of March is going to be a reality. That is when the next goal is set to take place. STOP SMOKING after 40 yrs. This will be a real test of how much control I actually have.
