Less recipe more thrown together
1 1/2 king oyster mushroom sliced
1 medium onion
3 Korean green chilis
Sauce
Spoonful Gochujang
Spoonful sesame oil
Spoonful rice wine vinegar
Spoonful soy sauce
Spoonful sesame seeds
I fried the onions and the peppers until soft and starting to brown. Stirred in the sauce let cook about two mins. Then added the mushrooms and stirred/cooked for about another 5 mins. Turned out really well. Would also be good over rice.
