I started eating fewer calories and sticking to whole foods only since I'm not really serious about losing this weight.
I started 11 days back and I'm still standing firm I need no distractions at all. My body is now used to this fasting I only eat one meal a day for now. I'll stop once I reach a certain weight. Because I now see just these few KG's have dropped looks easy to lose weight but you need a lot more concentration, strong will power dedication, a lot really achieve results. I wish I stay like this for a little while reach my goal target of which now I'm not what should it be 90KG or 85KG or 80KG lol !!!
