Yes, you are right. I had been losing 2.5 lbs a week by very disciplined dieting and excercise. I was at 213 at the end of May, so have lost 47 lbs. I have stalled a bit this month. My body is fighting my diet. My initial goal was 160, but truthfully I should be at 155 max and really 150. So I have a ways to go. All in all, I am pleased.
