I can't believe my eyes! I'm losing weight. Wow!! I mean at least according to MY scale. I know the one at the gym and doctor's office are all different but I'm trying to keep track all on one scale for consistency! This is amazing. I have been going to the gym 2x a week and I've been very careful about what I eat. No strict calorie counting but trying to kind of guesstimate so I don't make myself crazy! I've been more concerned about healing from the inside out. That is why I started this journey again. I don't want another blood transfusion, anemia or gastrointestinal bleeding or anymore diverticulitis flare ups..so far so good!!
