I'm heading out of town for a wedding this afternoon, so I'm hoping for the best on that one. I am down 2 lbs from Tuesday, after doing a take off. I hope it stays off over the weekend. I was so happy to be able to eat my english muffin this morning! Have a great weekend everyone!

Wow girl you have lost 20lbs since July. Good for you. Hope the wedding was not too hard for you to stick to the diet. Either way, you have come a long way!
