I find it hard to believe it's been 12 days since I started this journey and I have already lost 10 pounds... :) I'm so happy that I have hope...I had almost given up...I bet I have spent 90% of my life over 200 pounds... I honestly feel like I might spend the rest of my life under 200 pounds... I'm excited thinking about it..I don't care if it's 198 lol but I want to be under 200..I want to know that it feels like not carrying around all this weight... the weight of the world us enough already... thank you God for my loss so far and I pray you guide me to goal..I know can not do it without you... and the help of my fellow carb slinger... that was the best soup I ever tasted.. thanks for opening my eyes to a new taste... today I am grateful.. next week I might be frustrated lol but today I am grateful
