indulging a bit in a salmon burger from the Nugget, my university resturaunt. first time I've had it! they advertise a bunch of items as under 500cal. I suppose I need to take it on faith without demanding a nutritional print out lol (but I lowkey want to)

The menu said the dressing was a "lime vinaigrette" but I feel like they still put Mayo on it. It was delicious, but I agree it's either at a flat 500 or over 500cal lol

looks good. never had a salmon burger before. its grilled? i dont see why it wouldnt be under 500 cals unless theres sauce on it that im not seeing....200 cal salmon...200 cal bun..and the rest is just veggies right?

I've bought two different brands of salmon patties. One was something like 135, the other was around 175, so if that bun is a ciabatta type (lots of air holes), I can see it right around 450-500.

It’s a matter of numbers carefully examined to be under 500 :) My whole grain bun was 219. Well the most important part, you enjoyed it!
