Day Two: I am quite the yo-yo dieter. I plan to lose weight this time with very little effort. As of the last two years, I focused on exercise, and less on food. That plan did not work out. I was still putting on weight. This time, if I focus on calories, maybe it will work, and without all of the discomfort of exercise. My kids' first day of school is today, so it feels like a good time to start something new.
