Today is a new day. Today is a new day! I am going to be better. I seem to have a problem with eating too few calories now that I am a diabetic, I don't think it is healthy to not eat at least 1200 calories a day, but now that I eat small meals every 2 hours, I just don't seem to have the appetite for all that food. I am eating much better and I think that if I was eating refined carbs instead of complex carbs, I would be at or just above my calorie goal of 1400, but because I am eating the complex carbs, I constantly feel full and have to force myself to eat most of what I manage to get into me. Add on top of the the 10 glasses of water each day and it's a wonder I can get any food in at all. I wonder if everyone else feels full after a glass of water? Maybe it is just me? I know that I am going to be better today. I will eat more calories than yesterday, and they will all be healthy calories. I will test my blood sugar 3 times today, and I will drink my 10 glasses ( make that 7 now..lol) of water. I will be better today!
