ok, I've been away since March, but I'm back with a vengence. I have been following the Body for Life eating plan and workouts for four weeks and i LOVE it. I entered the Challenge on the BFL website and also on Body For Life Tracker.
This is such a great site for tracking food and the food part is always the hardest for me. With BFL you get six meals a day, which I LOVE!!! And, it helps if I track what I'm doing. So here I am, I'm baaaaack.
